Immigration Law Update
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY:
The following are the three new immigration divisions and web links within the Department of Homeland Security:
US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
Customs and Border Protections (CBP)
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
In view of heightened concern about national security, all non-citizens should take care to report any change of address on Form AR-11.
SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION:
Generally speaking, most men in the US are required to register with the Selective Service if they are 18 through 25. There are numerous exceptions to this rule, and we urge you to click here to reach the Selective Service website which also has a form that can be filled out for this purpose.
